After years of collaboration, we combined our knowledge, craftsmanship, and vision into one company — and built it from the ground up. The goal was simple: a reliable brand known for quality work, attention to detail, and genuine professionalism.

A seasoned project manager with over 30 years in construction. Kash's meticulous attention to detail and steady leadership keep every project moving — managing timelines, coordinating trades, and keeping clients informed so expectations are met and exceeded.
David Bocharov
Over 20 years in civil construction, including high-rise and multi-unit residential. David runs complex builds and several projects at once, with a relentless focus on planning, organization, and clear communication with clients and trades alike.
Fred Shik
Two decades across mechanical engineering and project management. Fred's hands-on field experience means systems are designed and installed right the first time — efficient, code-compliant, and built to last.
